We created Laidler Capital because we see the need for family-friendly homes that both respect the context of established neighbourhoods, and respond in a short amount of time to our city’s changing needs. Our projects range from cottage court style detached strata to slab-on-grade townhomes, but each are created in recognition that housing we build must be capable of adapting to our city’s changing needs, while creating opportunities for families to live closer together.
