Louis leads sales and project management at Costar Construction, a company he co-founded to build high-quality homes. Under his leadership, Costar won the 2024 Georgie Award for Best Multiplex Home and has become known for delivering multi-generational housing with both design and integrity.
A graduate of Laidler Academy’s Multiplex Intensive, Louis applied the program’s investor strategies and planning frameworks to scale his business. Costar is currently completing two multiplex projects, with three more in planning for next year. He has since secured multiple investor partners, built new realtor alliances, and has become a public advocate for multiplex development across Metro Vancouver.
